Late Policy

Mansfield Pediatric Therapy encourages prompt arrival to each appointment. Please call 419-989-1416 let us know you are running late. If you are fewer than 10 minutes late to your appointment your therapist will see you until the scheduled therapy end time.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

$50 fee may be charged to your account for preplanned cancellations of therapy sessions (e.g., vacation, conflicting appointments, etc.) not given within 24 hours of your appointment time. For unforeseen events such as illness, we ask that you call to cancel your appointment at least 4-hours before your scheduled time. Very short notice sick cancels may still result in a fee. A $100 fee will be charged to your account for evaluation cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
Unforeseen circumstances are anticipated and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Sick Policy

Mansfield Pediatric Therapy follows all CDC and Columbus Public Health guidelines. Please keep your child home if he/she is exhibiting any of the following symptoms: Temperature of 100.4* or higher, fever/chills, persistent cough, shortness of breath, unexplained fatigue/body aches, loss of taste and/or smell, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea. If there has been a past illness, your child must be symptom and fever-reducing medication free to return to therapy. For unforeseen events such as illness, we ask that you call to cancel your appointment at least 4-hours before your scheduled time. Very short notice sick cancels may still result in a fee.

Attendance Policy

Mansfield Pediatric Therapy requires an attendance policy of 80% to remain scheduled. If your attendance decreases below 80% a warning will be issued. If attendance remains under 80%, Mansfield Pediatric Therapy reserves the right to terminate services and/or relinquish appointment times. In the case of two consecutive no-shows or three no-shows in a 60 day period, Mansfield Pediatric Therapy reserves the right to terminate services and/or relinquish appointment times.
